This is the absolute best lighting kit for home studio or photography at a fantastic price of just over $100. It has 3 headlights and one even has an adjustable boom and a sandbag as a counterweight. Each softbox has 4 large soft CFL bulbs in one light head. Each head has a switch to turn on just 2 lights or all 4 lights. The amount of bright ambient light is impressive and offers excellent coverage. I use 2 as side lights and one on the arrow as the main light. This is a great set for those interested in green screen photography or videography. The lamps illuminate the green screen evenly and shine very well. Then use the wand to light up the object. With all three lights that's all you need, you don't need to have a ring or light on your subject, they are much better. Don't skimp on those cheaper lighting kits or softboxes that only come with one bulb per case, you won't be happy. Spend a few bucks more and get this professional set. It has everything you need.
