It does not load. It's junk
I bought this expecting to see the high speed charging that Qi should offer with my charger mod on my Moto Z, 10-15 watts. WOW, my USB C charges in just 3, I can actually charge my phone fast. Well, it charges at less than 1W. When I start GPS with the screen off, the phone drains, it's so slow. The tech support guy even explained that "there are a lot of articles saying wired charging is faster than wireless." I am returning this junk product and I advise you to just invest in a USB cable to save your money.
