I was really looking forward to this, but I am totally disappointed. First, it's made in China, not Austria. I went over the description again and didn't see that fact anywhere. Second, it has very poor suction compared to the Food Saver brand sealant I had previously. Third, there are instructions that say you have to wait 5 minutes between sealing the bags. Separating a large pack of chicken pieces can take 30 minutes or more! Finally, it is very light and just feels cheap. Not impressed at all, will be back in a heartbeat as not worth the price even with the $20 voucher offered.
