I would have liked it but the shaft was too short to wrap around flesh and not long enough to pierce the nostril. This miniature bolt does not stay securely in place. And I couldn't get the original titanium corkscrew back. The next day I went to a (different) piercing site to get help before the hole closed up. I didn't want to waste the initial pain of the piercing, 6 months of healing and investment in toiletries and new jewelry. Unfortunately, the piercers at this store advised: 1. Nose piercing heals AT LEAST 6-9 months, preferably 12 months; which means I took the titanium pin out too soon and it nearly closed in just one night. And yes, having the piercer thread the needle both OUTSIDE and INSIDE of my nose to find/rescue/enlarge the now nearly closed, irritated, swollen hole was more painful than the original piercing. 2. I picked up this little 14k CZ pin hoping the piercing tech would make it work. But she said that such hairpins with an enlarged bulb at one end TIGHTEN the fabric; she will not touch it or use it.3. The position and angle of my piercing was apparently NOT ideal so the flesh was thicker so it healed slowly so this small stud was too short to pierce it. It is better to buy a suitable, longer stallion in the salon. One size doesn't fit all.
