I would recommend this pan for great muffins.

I do love that this pan does make larger muffins. If you do as instructed they come out very easily and cook evenly.I only gave it four stars because of the teensy extra work of having to pre heat the actual pan before filling it.I would recommend this pan.

Pros

The pan's nonstick coating makes it an excellent choice for those who are watching their calorie intake, as it eliminates the need for extra oil or butter

Cons

May not be compatible with all oven types

Love this loaf pan! I followed the instructions to pre-season and it''s been a gem ever since. I''ve made multiple Hokkaido milk breads and a Babka. I use either butter or shortening prior to putting in dough and always wash/dry when it''s cooled off.
