I don't understand the 5 star reviews and the one that says "shines like nothing". They are no different from Clorox or ironing cloths. I usually use granite polish from Weiman http://www.amazon.com/Weiman-Granite-Cleaner-Polish-bottle/dp/B0035R4UOM/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1428242115&sr=8-3&keywords=weiman+granite+polish . This polish is THE BEST for giving a granite countertop a new look and adding a protective finish that keeps water out. Unfortunately, my grocery store has abandoned the polish and replaced it with a spray, which is no different than cleaning with window cleaner. Based on the rave reviews I was hoping these wipes would be like the original polish in a handy wipe. I'm so disappointed that they don't clean any better than regular dish soap on a damp paper towel and then wipe dry. My husband and I tested it and the result was identical to these wipes. I have some left over polish and have used it and I am comparing the difference to waxing your car. Use regular soap and water to clean the counters, then apply a creamy polish to keep them shiny and protected. Put a few drops on the table, wipe with a paper towel, then buff with a clean, dry paper towel. You will be amazed at the difference.
