The SYSTEM process started loading the processor after only six months of use, rendering further work unfeasible. A common thread throughout the work of technical assistance is the suggestion to reinstall Windows, drivers, and default settings. After a long battle with the device, I finally gave up and restored it to factory defaults, installing only the bare minimum of software (LibreOffice, GIMP, and avast!). There is still a problem. According to Windows Performance Recorder, the ndis was using a lot of CPU resources. Wdiwifi and systems. Systems files. The malfunction originated with the system parts that the money was meant to support. As a customer, I was hoping for better service from a corporation of this size. Microsoft's "support" consists of a comically inept robot. The device is useless, and its creators either don't get it or don't care to. My wife needed it for work, so I got the standard Windows version. I just finished setting up Ubuntu on the machine. There are no issues, however my wife needs to learn a new operating system, office software, and image editing program.
