I really don't want to leave a bad review as my frustration with them might be exactly what someone is trying to find. I have had my labret for 23 years and it is by far the smallest I have found as I pulled the inside out almost completely when eating and it is very painful. That being said I'm pretty sure I won't be using them on my lip and I'm not sure where else to use them as the shank is a little long for a cartilage piercing. However, this might be ok if you have a Monroe or better Cyber bite as he is super denty.
