If you're used to a reliable, multi-function dock, this dock isn't for you. I am using a Dell i5 with INTOL CORE vPRO support. Monitor. I was expecting the dock to support 3 external monitors like my previous Dell DS did. I was only able to get one monitor working through the docking station. The second monitor is connected directly to the laptop's HDMI port. I had to ditch the third external monitor and use the laptop monitor instead. I didn't manage to get DP to work at all. Power supply The docking station reduces the notebook's power supply. When starting, the machine tells me that the power is low. I have to agree to proceed with the download. NetworkI connected the network cable to the docking station. At certain times throughout the day I would lose my network connection. I assumed it was my router or a real network, but when I checked the other devices they seemed to be working fine. I removed the network connection from the DS and connected directly to the laptop. Since then no problems. USB support USB support seems reasonable. Customer Service I received an email from Daisy asking about my experience and asking for feedback. I have replied to the email and told them that I am having issues with everything mentioned in that email. I have not received an answer in the last two weeks. At your request Daisy, I'll post my review AND will request a refund as it turns out to be a $65 adapter. I already have one that I only paid $12 for and it works as expected.
