Very pleased with this purchase. I was looking for a medium tone wood frame with some kind of molding and had a difficult time finding anything that worked. Then I stumbled upon this and it’s perfect. The wood is smooth, the shape elegant but not distracting, and the color just what I was hoping for. The pictures on the listing are much darker (on my monitor anyway) than the frame is in real life. I took a chance that would be the case based on the color being called "honey”. It’s definitely a warm honey brown (best exemplified by the lightest part in my shadowed picture): a great pairing with mid century modern teak furniture.My plexiglass arrived without scratches and as I planned to hang it with command strips I was pleased it didn’t have heavy glass. The one drawback I’ve found so far is that the frame is quite shallow inside. I decided to use a floating double mat for my print and found it’s a bit too thick for the frame. The plexiglass bulges out a little, enough for me to notice, but it’s not a huge problem for me. The mat that comes with it is perfectly fine, by the way. I just happened to have a double mat and thought it would look good. But if I’d used the mat it came with the shallowness of the frame wouldn’t be an issue.Overall for the price I’m delighted and might even come back for a few more!P.S.
