That helped me a lot! I also apply it around the forearm just below the elbow and it helps a lot too. I don't just keep it on my wrist because I have really bad arthritis so I usually move it on my wrist and closer to my forearm. , slightly lower where the elbow bends and I was amazed at how this helped my pain because I'm right handed and the little things I did acted on my shoulder and as I moved the brace from the wrist to the forearm, it was amazing how it helped me, thanks!
