GAME CHANGE: Baking Pans

I've been playing around with our pizza and focaccia recipes and always thought I'm not proving properly or maybe I need to adjust the oven temp to get the perfect crispiness. Then comes this pan. This is an example of tools that really make a product. This isn't real. The world's most even, golden, crispy crust. No combustion. I'm so in love If you're making "grandma's pizza" or focaccia, I recommend brushing the pan liberally with oil, THEN adding a puddle of olive oil to the center, and then layering the dough on top. Your crust will thank you.
