I wear a size 9.5 normally, in heels and sneakers, and I have a wider foot. I ordered these in a 9, because the color I wanted wasn't available in a 9.5 I thought they would be snug, but they were HUGE. The strap that goes across your foot, that isn't adjustable, didn't even touch the top of my foot, it just floated above it. And my heel didn't even touch the back where they zip up. Even with both straps tightened to the smallest notch, my foot was swimming in them. I read reviews where people said to size up, and I read reviews that said size down. The sizing chart only converts US sizing to EUR or UK sizing, it doesn't specify how many inches = what size. I'm so disappointed, these shoes were exactly what I was looking for and felt like the perfect height. I have no clue what size may work, and I don't want to keep buying and exchanging to find it.
