The system is very user friendly. It is easy to understand and navigate. The support staff is friendly and helpful. They are able to help with any problems you may have. I do not have any dislikes at this time. I have been a customer for quite a while now and have enjoyed the benefit of all of their products. Our warehouse is able to get an early warning of problems before they occur and solve them before they cause us any problems. I like how it can be used for all types, from small companies up until large ones as well! It has been very useful not only because we have an excellent customer service but also due to its ease of use (it's easy enough even if you don't know anything about computers). Also great support team behind this product which helps solving any problem when needed!! We've solved many issues using egr such sending orders automatically without human intervention nor manual workflows creation/updating etc..
