I love keeping my carpets clean and I'm really impressed when my Bissell water turns grey! It's such a great feeling because I'm a clean freak. So easy to use. I also use it on pet urine stains. It is very effective in eliminating urine odor. My puppy accidentally peed on my expensive mattress. I am not stressed. Simply blot the wet area with a damp cloth using a small amount of this product. Sprinkle baking soda on top. High power fans until the mattress is dry. Collect the baking soda with a vacuum nozzle. You will not smell urine. You will smell the Bissell formula for a while, but over time it will dissipate and your mattress will not smell at all. I recommend this product!
