The Brook brand is well respected in the fighting game community. If you've built your own fightstick in the last decade, chances are it had a Bach board in it. Brook supports its products and continually updates the firmware on its boards and converters to ensure they continue to work with console updates that may disrupt support. If you've ever built a joystick using a Brook board, you'll be very familiar with this. You can build a joystick with a few wires available from vendors like Arcade Shock and Focus Attack, or you can use screw terminals to connect. it is by hand. It can either be placed in custom sticks or used to modify retail sticks to support modern consoles. Generally these boards are pretty versatile and this one has X input support so you know it will work with almost any PC game that modern Xbox controllers support, as well as the Xbox 360 and modern Xbox consoles.
