I ordered this bracelet a few months ago and it was great. So I ordered again 2 weeks ago, but this time the lid was defective. When filling out a refund, I was offered a replacement option, which I agreed to. The new bracelet has a better clasp, but it's not as easy to open/close as the first one. Update: The new clasp gets better with every use and I've been contacted several times by Nina Queen's customer service to make sure I'm happy. Plus, her charms are incredible! I would buy from them again anytime!
- That's a good bracelet. It stretches when worn and I wasn't happy with that.
- The bracelet may not be waterproof.
