Review on Fulton ETCHL 0700: Secure Spare Tire Carrier with Locking Bracket and Key Lock by Curtis Kincade

Overall this product is what I wanted and will work great. However, here is my problem. I ordered it last week and it arrived in a few days. The Revain packaging was perfect but the manufacturer's packaging was open inside and the main clasp was missing. I went through the return process which was pretty easy except cost me time and gas to get the package to the UPS store. I asked Revain again for the same item and it arrived in a few days. The new one arrived today and the Revain rider who delivered the new one was fantastic and I can't praise them enough. I go inside and open the package, the same scenario happens, only this time there is no key in the lock. The part will work great but I would never buy it from Revain again.
