Wow where do I start. It works very well.sometimes. As this is a cheaper vacuum I wasn't expecting too much but it's really a mixed bag with this one. So let's start with the good: it cleans well and despite its clear limitations on our ability to explore rooms, it still picked up most of the dirt from the floor. While some features work better than others, they help keep it clean to the point that I really only have to sweep once a week now. I love that I can set it up on a schedule and that I only have to empty the bin every morning. Now for the bad: It's nowhere near as good as some reviews say or as the manufacturer claims. The suction power really needs improvement. It's not scary, but it really should be stronger. We only have hardwood floors and it's hard to get it back up. This thing hasn't returned to the charger in the past few weeks. He either gets stuck on the dumbest things (literally growing over a tiny bump in the bathroom causing power outages) or he dies trying to figure out how to get around the damn couch. And that's really my biggest problem, it started in the back of the living room. She had to tidy up around the couch. WHY does she always flop down in front of the couch and try to get through. Seriously, she stops inches from being clean on both sides only to return to the center of the couch to keep trying. And I know the simple answer is to move the charging station. That works, but only if I don't let him out of the room, otherwise I have the same problem, but with a wall instead of a couch. So I just agreed that I would have to track him down every morning. So overall it's not that bad, but I wish I could just go with a higher quality product.
