Great adapter for computers and accessories

Now that I'm working from home, this is a great adapter that allows me to keep my mouse, wireless keyboard and wireless headphones in one place! However, I don't know why it comes with a power plug. I don't use it and all my devices work fine. Thanks for that. And the price was very reasonable.
