Costs money! for accessories and consumables

Excellent headset. I bought it because I have a softphone for work and we also use Lync. It has great sound for both. I can walk around the house with no loss of sound and it lasts for two days on a charge (I'm not on it all the time). It's expensive, but I've been using Plantronics for years with no problems. If you work from home and can move around while on the call, it's a good investment!
