Review on Shark Navigator Freestyle Brushroll SV1106 by Megan Evans

This is my second Shark Navigator Freestyle. The first died a little over a year ago after a few years of use. I liked it so much that I bought another one. Great at work. I have long hair and a dog and she cleaned my hard floors and one small carpet well. I don't even use it that often since I also have a rumba, maybe less than once a week on average and my house isn't that big. Now it turns on, but the brush doesn't spin, so it doesn't collect anything, not even dust. This is my 4th vacuum cleaner (2 sharks, a hoover lynx and a hoover mop) that has died in about 5 years. I was totally pissed that I have to keep replacing them when they aren't overused or overused. I will never buy a Shark (or Hoover) product again in my life.
