For those who have dachshunds, you know that they bark a lot and although it takes them a while to figure out where the treats are trying to get them to do whatever you really want them to do all the time , it is almost impossible . these collars are great. . I use them for barking and also to keep them from going to the bathroom or whatever. It works because they know collars mean business. The little scumbags also know they can get away with murder without collars. I would recommend them and have never had to use the punch function. For us, sound as a warning and vibration as a consequence work well.
