Had previously purchased a similar product albeit weaker. It is as advertised. They are not strong like a cup because they are not cups. They are called soufflé cups and are quite soft. I use them for half-cup portions of fruit or veg etc. The size ensures I'm serving the right amount. Five of them, filled with different types of fruit and vegetables, cover the recommended daily requirement. An easy way to eat healthy. Also great and very inexpensive containers for quick snacks like goldfish crackers. highly recommended.
