My 1.5 year old loves this swing set! We sanded down the seat and handlebars since they felt gritty, painted them for UV protection, and then sprayed them on with a clear waterproof finish so we didn't have to use them year-round. Picked up the stain very well. It looks like a high quality handcrafted swing made with minimal effort on our part! People are constantly complimenting us when they pass our yard. My 23 lb toddler fits very well and wants to ride in it all the time. It was a bit tricky to line up, but we hung it in under an hour.
