Very dissatisfied with this purchase. Seller must state upfront on the promotional page that this product does not work with Windows 7 64-bit machines I ordered this product assuming it would work as compatibility between Windows and Windows products is advertised everywhere . When it didn't work on my OS and I had to send it back, I was charged $15 to ship it back. We emailed Adorama to complain about the return shipping cost but they didn't reply. The reference to the incompatibility with Windows 7 64-bit, currently the most common operating system, should be printed in bold on the advertising page. Very dissatisfied.
