Saves cooking time creating the perfect size and shape for hamburger patties and sliders

I have always hand prepared our burgers to grill at home, usually using about eight 1/3 pound patties cook It takes a while, and the sizes aren't always exactly proportional or evenly shaped, so they can cook unevenly if I'm not careful. I decided to try this hamburger press to see how well it works and if it helps or not. I'm happy to report that it actually helped me a bit. This press allows me to make perfectly shaped hamburger patties of the same size/weight/shape very quickly and it has saved me prep time. A larger press makes some really good 1/3 burgers if you press it all the way down. You can't make them that big by putting less meat in the press and just making them thinner. You still get a nice shape by pressing it all the way to the sides of the ring. Once pressed, the burger pops out simply by pressing the press's removable flat base. Another thing you can do with a large press is cook a stuffed hamburger. For example, just place half the meat on the bottom of the press, place some cheese on top, then some more meat on top of the cheese and press. You'll have a grilled stuffed burger ready in no time. This also works with other ingredients. The smaller slider works great too. I used to avoid making sliders because they are difficult to work with to get the right size, but this one makes it easy and quick. With this set I was able to take about 3 pounds of hamburger meat to make 6 1/3 pound full size burgers and 6 sliders. If you love grilling fresh burgers and handmade sliders at home, you'll love this press kit.
