Review on 🍿 Red Microwave Popcorn Popper - Oil-Free Healthy Air Popped Popcorn Maker, BPA Free Silicone, European Grade, Replaces Popcorn Bags, Produces 8 Cups - Cestari Kitchen by Joan Hurley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Don't forget to adjust the power level and cooking time for great popcorn!

The popper will work well or burn depending on the power of your microwave so you will need to make adjustments. Check the labels on the front or back of the microwave oven. Listen to how long it takes to slow down the pops, probably the time it takes to cook. If it's still on, reduce the power level. Most microwaves have a power level button. Press the time you want, then the power level, then 50 for 50%, 70 for 70% etc. We have a 1200w oven as stated on the front of the microwave and ended up using 50% power for Cook Time 1: 45 and most cores popped out! If all of the kernels don't pop, your popcorn may be old, even if you just bought it. Check the expiration date or try a different brand of corn before throwing that popper away. Other ratings list times and power levels for excellent performance, e.g. B. 700W at 100% and 2 minutes, 1000W at 70% and 1:55. Make slow adjustments! We use 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil and 1/4-1/2 teaspoon popcorn salt right in the kettle and melt for 20 seconds, then add 1/4 cup corn and stir to coat the kernels.
