The best part of capslink was that it's free for everyone so there were no hidden costs or fees associated with using this service! It also has an easy-to use interface which made things easier when I had issues while trying out different features during my trial period (which ended after 7 days).

Nothing much came in mind as far as dislikes are concerned but they could improve their customer support team by providing more detailed information about each feature/functionality available through them instead just giving general answers like "yes" /no". They should focus even harder at improving user experience because if you're not satisfied then people will definitely look elsewhere than your website especially considering its FREE.
