I tried several universal wireless chargers for my iPhone X and everything was fine. However, I have a number of Anker chargers and cables so when I saw they made one of these I had to try it out. That's exactly what you expect from them: good price and good quality. The base of the stand is nice and wide, and while you can't just "throw" your phone on it, the charging area is wide enough, which I haven't missed yet. Basically, it works as long as it doesn't explicitly protrude on one side. The blue light turns on when you put your phone on it and turns off when you pick it up. It's by my bed and I don't find it light. Enough to see where to take the phone. I currently have my phone in an Apple leather case and it charges just as well as it did before the case. No wonder it sold out quickly, but as soon as it's in stock I'll order 1-2 more and send the regular ones back.
