The ability for our sales teams around Australia, New Zealand & Asia Pacific region across multiple countries/territories within each territory is unique in its scope of capabilities compared with other products available today. It has been very easy so far using this tool as it's intuitively simple once you've got used to how things are laid out etc., but there can be some learning curve if not well enough prepared before implementing into use! We have seen an improvement overall productivity due to having one place where all information relating to contracts, quotes or proposals (or any type) could easily be found at anytime from anywhere via mobile devices. This also means we don't need additional staff members just dedicated solely towards searching through paperwork looking for specific documents which may no longer exist anymore. I would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing Hawkeye should ensure they get everything explained thoroughly during initial setup process.
