Price increased from 16.97 to 22.97 - a huge 35% discount. Outrageous! For a full ink set (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black XL), the price went from about $85 to $111 before tax in just over a year. I understand that using third party inks can save me money, but the reviews are very mixed. Also, HP's firmware reports go to great lengths to make the replacement process difficult or impossible, and I also don't want to risk clogging the printhead due to a bad or leaking ink cartridge. The OfficeJet 8600 All-in-One works great, best ever (yet) - but it stinks! If ink price increases continue, I will likely switch to Epson's high-capacity strategy.
