Very user friendly and easy to use tool for managing project flow
I like that it's simple, intuitive to use tool for managing project flow; we're able solve some of our internal process issues this way (it was also relatively easy implementation). The interface can be simplified / improved by adding more options or features but not much has changed since launch in terms how i've used them - they work as expected &" I like the fact that this software is very easy to incorporate with our Google Forms. It is very user friendly and it is very easy to use. I dislike that the software is a bit pricey, but I guess this is because it is a new software. I would highly recommend this software. I am using this software to automate my approval workflow. I am also using this software to send out my emails to my team. I am using this software to send out information about different meetings and events.

- Great support available from techs at performflow easy access through call center if something goes wrong etc.
- Easy tracking system where all actions will appear easily identifiable within one place without need additional filters.
- Good response time when dealing directly wth customer service reps via phone calls
- Almost everything is ok
