First off, this is a very very thin, poor quality acrylic. Preferably 3 mm thick. The packaging smells like freshly cut acrylic, so it's obvious someone just cut it with a laser cutter and tossed it straight into the packaging. But the carelessness of the packaging only infuriates. The person who wrapped it tore off most of the letters from the wrong side and taped the letters to the cardboard insert inside the package. They then removed the paper side and shipped the item anyway. These things are utterly useless now because you can't peel the letters off the cardboard and use them unless you agree to the need to add another layer of adhesive material, making some letters thicker than others.
