Firstly, we are people who go through toaster ovens like other people go under dishes. We use a toaster 5-6 times a day on average and it lasts about a year or so. We owed a debt of gratitude to almost everyone. However, this is our first fryer. And wow, what a cool oven. All other nitpicks in the reviews don't play a big role for us. We have no problem pressing the light button to turn on the light. And it actually makes Toast faster than most. What we really like is the deep fryer option, it's amazing. I had my doubts but trust me you will love it. This is another purchase for us.
