I like the ease of use and how the system is designed to be customized to meet our needs. I dislike the fact that the system is not always up to date with current technology. For example, the system does not recognize the latest version of the MS Office. This is a concern for our users who need to be able to use the system with the latest version of MS Office. I dislike how time is not tracked in a way that is easy for the users to understand. I do not like how the system is not very mobile friendly. I would like to be able to use the system with my smart phone. This is a concern for our users.
