I bought this bag for golf shoes and it's exactly what I needed: durable material, quick and easy to open and close, good stowed, both with shoes inside and collapsed when outside. There are vents on both sides that allow for airflow and drying, although they're not big enough for wet shoes to dry quickly if you're worried about that. The only thing that bothers me is that the profile is a bit narrow: my Puma NXT Pro shoes have a high heel and a tongue that pinches in these places. I agree (to keep my shoes together) but if you really want a dressy look this might be a consideration.
