While this bed frame looks fairly nice in our guest room, it's definitely not my favourite.Pros:- Looks nice.- Adjustable height (three options).- Sturdy but slightly plushy headboard to sit against.Cons:- I'm not incredibly confident in how sturdy it would be for 2 larger adults. My wife and I are quite small and the first time we sat on it together it made a big creaking noise and it sounded like something might have snapped. However after that's it's just been a regular amount of creaky and doesn't seem to have actually broken?- It took nearly FOUR hours to build, including at least 45 minutes changing the height after I thought I was done. It requires taking almost the entire frame apart to adjust the height if you realize it's not where you want it! Typically a bed frame takes about an hour for me to put together, max.- One bottom end cap for one of the four corner posts was severely damaged and there was no way to fix it meaning we couldn't secure the foot to it properly (see image 2).- Other pieces were damaged as well - see picture 3 for one example, and compare picture 4 (which is flat as it should be) to picture 5 (another one of the same piece but with a huge indent in it).- The tools for the job were kind of pathetic. I had to bust out my own tools from my tool set to be able to put it together.- California Prop 65 Warning: Apparently some materials in this frame are known in the state of California to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm. Not the most encouraging thing to see for a product when you're thinking about spending a third of your life in close proximity to it!
