Review on PUMA Tazon White Silver Running Sports & Fitness for Running by Eric Avina

I bought these shoes on August 10, 2020 for my son (20 years old) who goes out 2 times a week. Where he leaves home to get in the car and enters the building, then sits for 3 hours to turn around and return home. So they can be on their feet 7 hours a week. About 2 1/2 months after buying it, he wanted to put it on and the tongue fell out of one of the boots. I contacted Revain and as the 30 day return period had expired they gave me a Puma email address so I could contact them directly. After 5 days, 6 e-mails and 2 phone calls, the circle has closed, in which they are also not responsible. By the way, if you contact them, you will receive another piece of nonsense. With the first two reply emails and the fourth email, I sent them an Amazon receipt with photos of the shoes and a detailed description of what was needed. They have emailed me not once but twice that they are not responsible for lost or damaged products that are from another seller. (I understand "damage" in the sense of "post", etc. Not production related if the tongue wasn't sewn on properly). Because I didn't buy them directly from Puma.com. With that said, now I'm out of $54.99 and have a brand new pair of shoes with no guarantees as to the quality of these shoes. Unfortunately, when I bought it, I still believed that PUMA was a well-made, high-quality shoe. So BUYERS BEWARE they look great, wear great until you stop. Then nobody is responsible for the manufacturer's quality control error. I'm still shocked that AMAZON IS NOT HELPING TOO. BEGIN TO ASK IF YOU ARE GETTING TOO BIG FOR YOUR OWN TRAVELS.
