This shirt is perfect for oversized dogs. It is well made with a high quality school logo that is clearly visible. The fabric is a bit like a thick bath towel with no lumps. It's thicker than a t-shirt but thinner than a coat or sweater. Just right for daytime winter SoCal. I like the shorter length which is about half the body length of my medium sized dog. So he stays away. I bought this for my doggie girl who doesn't mind clothes at all but have come back to buy another for her and another for my boy. My boy doesn't like clothes but it will be easy to put on as the armholes are quite large but perfect. Now the collar is great. Wide enough for a 19" neck, and it doesn't stretch too much to prevent the shirt from sliding down and dragging down the dog's back. I'm good at dog clothes. So much so that I usually buy clothes that are made to order. The price of this dog shirt couldn't be better. Amazing to find such a high quality, well-made item in a size XXL for $19.
