I like that they are always ready to help when there is an issue or question, and that they have been very responsive so far! It's hard to say what my favorite part of them being here has been because it's all great - their responsiveness, customer service, etc. The only thing about hello society as of now (which we're still trying to figure out) is how best to utilize our account manager in order to get more work done with each other without having to send emails back and forth a lot. We've seen a dramatic uptick in engagement from new users who previously hadn't engaged at all.
