I bought it on July 16, 2019 and it works fine for a month, it's quieter than a vacuum and its nozzles, it was good but it doesn't remove stains as well as a vacuum but I was glad. A month later, the machine began to work on its own. We had to let him finish the battery. and plug it in again, it never worked again. I have contacted customer service, taken videos, photos and all, and at this point I have not received the promised September 15 shipping label. I am very disappointed that I had high hopes for this product. Update. They send me another one for free and it works great. The battery is enough for the house and helps me a lot with pet hair. !It works great, the battery is still working at full capacity. UPDATE 2021!
