This is my 2010 Toyota Tundra which I professionally applied a clear protective film to immediately after purchase. As you can see the foil has been baking and cracking in the hot Florida sun for almost 10 years. Nobody wanted to try to remove it without charging me big bucks. I researched various removal methods until I came across the whizzy wheel, a scraper and a quick adhesive remover. It's been hard work and some areas are easier than others. I find it easier when the car is warm from the sun and the water from the hose is hot too. I still have a long way to go but you can see my beautiful red truck is still under the foil. I've noticed a few scratches on the top, but I'm pretty sure it's from grains of sand getting on the surface of the paint. Patience is a virtue and I hope to share the end result soon! Also, I'm still on my original blade and didn't have to use any of the add-ons that came with it!
