I really wanted this article to work and be useful. Unfortunately, after my fiancee tried it on her iPhone 11 pro max, I tried it on my iPhone 10 for weeks. We both had problems. We had to plug and unplug the charging cable almost every night for the charging pad to recognize our phones. Then, even after doing this a few times, I woke up with my phone not charging at all. I have a very thin phone case on my phone. The pad never sent out a light sequence indicating that the case was interfering with the charging pad. My fiance has a bigger/harder phone case, he didn't get it either. We even tried charging mine without a case and I still had issues with it. As we said, we really wanted to like this charging pad, so we made a lot of attempts. Unfortunately the return date was 10 days ago so we have to give up this device which is not working as advertised. Make sure you check your returns window often so the same thing doesn't happen to you. PS: There are no problems with the watch. Charger that worked like a dream. Even with the case/case I have on both Apple Watches.
