I bought them for me and my boyfriend. After a few months of wearing (the black one) the cheap transparent rubber strap broke and the beads were flying all over the place. However, mine (white) could never be warned because it was so small that the beads choked off my circulation. The elastic band could not be stretched more than required for the beads. I can easily grasp my wrist between thumb and middle finger. Definitely don't have big wrists, so I think if your wrist is bigger than third graders, don't buy this product.
