I bought them for an orange swimsuit. The description says they are fully lined with built in panties. No, they're not fully lined, they're not partially lined and they definitely don't have built-in panties. The fit is fine, I went up a size and they will work for what I want because I would be more comfortable if they had panties and were lined.
