I received them and prepared them for use. I soon realized that the candle remote was turning down the volume on my Vizio TV. Then I tried to turn on the sound and the volume button on the TV remote made the candles flicker. I wrapped them up and put them away. Powered off, turned off TV and soundbar, went through all settings. It's been 2 days now and my soundbar and tv (both Vizio, both used without problems for a little over a year) are not communicating with each other and the enter button on my tv remote now lowers the volume. So if you decide to watch something on Netflix, Hulu, you have to press enter 50 times because that will be communicated as quieter and not ENTER. You just have to keep pressing until you get lucky and it doesn't work. This is very frustrating and I need to contact Vizio to find out.
