I bought 6 for a trip to Disneyland. We put our phone, cc, $ and passports in our plastic case and attached our Mickey pins to the cord. It worked well for keeping items dry and it was handy to flip the case over to scan a map when traveling. However, it was definitely a hassle to pick up the phone to answer calls or take out the pass/cc/$. My pouch was the only one that completely fell apart on the second day. Bags with right-to-left flip mechanisms worked better than those that required a twist to unlock. My lock started falling off, the entire hard plastic cover of the lock fell off on one side. They weren't expensive and did what they were designed to do, so I'm not complaining too much. I didn't take a picture in my bag and couldn't use the fingerprint app to purchase items.
