Not worth the price. Save and buy the Nathan Hydration Pack cheaper.

I liked my old Nathan bag better. I spent money on it after reading reviews for hours. It was very impractical, fully loaded with water and the water bottle didn't fit forward. The front pockets prevented me from swinging my arms when I had things in them. Not worth the money. I bought a small/medium and am 5ft 7" and 125lbs and I run the distance. A part of the backpack does not hold much after 2 liters of water. Overall, the fit felt too tight on my back. I'm back and still running with my $79 Nathan hydration pack.
