I like that it's easy for us as an agency, so all our clients can use this software without any additional costs because we have already integrated it into our dashboard, which makes life easier! There are some minor bugs here or there but nothing major. We love how quick they respond when you contact them through helpdesk ticketing system. You just need one person who is willing to dedicate time to answer questions from your users at anytime of day/night etc., 24 hours support service would be great!! Also if anyone wants to know more about pricing model, feel free asking me via email :) Great product overall, super smooth implementation process since they had all the documentation ready once contacted them.
